If you have three people with the same job title and roughly the same level experience who can show you their paychecks, then you’ll have evidence, and then the group of you can go forward and do something.
Otherwise, I’m not sure what you would be really trying to accomplish.
And even with that, the likelihood that there would be any real change isn’t high, as most employers would say that there are reasons that people are paid differently that you don’t see.
