The results of a personality test can alter depending on what you were thinking about when you took the test. This is why it is extremely important to put yourself in a certain perspective prior to starting, and stay in that perspective for all questions.
For example, answer questions from the mindset of “who am I at work” or “at school” or “at home” or “on vacation” – you get the idea.
For example, I am an engineer that was later trained as a coach. I am naturally an INTJ, and in almost every situation I will be a classic INTJ. However, if you test me right after a coaching session, I read as an INFJ.
Have I fundamentally changed? No. It’s the test faulty? No.
I’m still an INTJ.
What’s different is that at those times I am in a heightened state of intuitive awareness, and my answers just then will reflect that.
