Every company is different.
I have seen some SAAS companies devote 1/5 to development, 3/5 to marketing and 1/5 to support/operations.
I’ve seen others put 4/5 to development and the rest to marketing and operations.
In consumer goods, you can end up spending as much as 3/5 on R&D, 3/10 in marketing and 1/10 in operations.
There is no set amount. The only common denominator is that it should be allocated appropriately for your business.
