If your passion is your company, then you won’t regret that.
Here’s an exercise for you to think about (you can only say yes to one):
Would you be 100% cool with your life up to this point if you were hit by a bus and killed minutes after reading this?
Or
Are there things you wish you could do but are putting them off for a later time?
If the answer to the first question is Yes, awesome, keep doing what you are doing – you are currently regret-free (at least the type of regrets that will nag at you on your deathbed.)
However, if the answer to the second question is yes, stop and have a think about what you are currently missing in your life, and find a way to incorporate that in as quickly as possible. You may not need to quit your job, but you might need to make some changes so that you can get yourself to a point where you are happy with your life.
