Oscar Wilde was a brilliant satirist.
I have no idea what his personal opinion of women was, but I sincerely doubt he was a minsogynst (at least, any more so than his contemporaries.)
Indeed, the very fact that he chose to write his female characters the way that he did in The Picture of Dorian Gray, A Woman of No Importance, The Importance of Being Earnest, et al, instead shows me to me that he rather wished to highlight the troubling attitudes towards the roles and expectations of women that were evident at the time.
