This depends on what you mean by the question.
If you mean: Does the flight/cabin crew determine the airline’s available routes?
The answer is: most definitely no.
If you mean: Does the flight crew have autonomy to schedule their own flight path for a pre-scheduled route?
The answer is: pretty much, yes. (They have best practices to stick to, but they take a look at weather, winds, and file whatever seems reasonable.)
If you mean: Do the flight/cabin crews get to choose their own schedules on where they get to travel?
The answer is: Yes and no. Airlines schedules work on a “bid” system, where based on your seniority (how long you have been employed, your base, your Union standing, etc) you tell them what you’d like your schedule to be each month along with some alternates, and then they come back with the best match. The lower your seniority, the less control you have.
