My advise to you is to find out if anyone is interested in this before investing any real money into the project.
The easiest way to do market validation right now is to put up a web landing page that acts as a marketing flyer and then send it to relevant people who might be interested – which in your case would be luxury travel agents and bloggers, and people who specialize in conservation, animal rights and Africa specifically.
Once you have enough people on your mailing list that are interested in a trip, you can attract a partner (someone with an ostrich farm who runs a bed and breakfast in the grounds, and an airline partner is always good, at minimum) to run a “beta” launch, and put together a tour package that involves the people of the town. After that first test, you will have a good gauge of the viability of the business.
