If it were me as your prospective employer, I would would not be favorable to hearing about faults in your education during the interview.
The interview is a time for you to sell me on hiring you. I will have multiple people all competing for the same position. By going negative, you are immediately giving me a reason to knock you out of consideration.
So, when you start telling me that your college wasn’t the best at something or you hated being there or something equally appalling, my only response could possibly be: “Why didn’t you just transfer to another school?”
And inside I would wonder: “What will this person say about us to his next employer if we hired them?”
Stay positive in interviews.
