I have 4 Names on my government IDs (One first, One Middle and Two last.)
I always enter all of them when purchasing my ticket – How it prints out is another story altogether.
There is one airline that has ticket vouchers that are roughly 3 inches by 2 inches, and they only print my first name and my Surname. As all of the information is in their system, it is fine for our government, but it causes issues for me *every single time* I go through a security checkpoint. I need to my ticket and ID be inspected by a supervisor (they know me by sight, so they are ready for this whenever I show up. I “m usually standing next to the other multiple-named people.)
My recommendation is that you call the airline, make sure they have the name that is in your passport matched to your ticket. It is then up to them whether or not they wish to reissue it – they may say its fine. They do need the right passport information for the passenger manifest.
