Here is the thought that I have every morning that makes me happy when I wake up:
Today, I have the immense privilege of living, breathing, experiencing, learning, growing, and contributing.
And before I sleep:
Today, I lived and breathed through another day, experiencing new things, met “x” new people, learned “x”, contributed to the world by “x”, and grew as a person.
If you find you need a reminder throughout the day to “think happy thoughts”, just start to frame everything you do as a learning experience that is helping you to grow.
