The easiest ideas to execute are affiliate marketing or concierge type services.
Also, anything that you can do entirely by yourself without outside help of any kind (financial, technical, etc) will be easy to execute just by definition. That kind of thing will be different for everyone.
In my case, just off the top of my head I can think of around a dozen list/search type websites I could slap together in a few hours with my coding and UI skills that could be generating sustainable ad and affiliate revenue by the end of the month.
With minimal effort in my skillset I could bump those up to bring in enough money to buy me dinner once a month on top of their cost, which isn’t anywhere near enough to be a *useful* business, so there is where I’d turn to outside help.
But I could certainly execute easily.
