Why don't people go to St John's College in Annapolis?

As someone who graduated from St. John’s College Annapolis, I can tell you why I didn’t start out my college education there.

1. I had never heard of it (and even if I had…)
2. I was going to school for engineering. They don’t have an engineering program, so I wouldn’t have considered it if I had.

That’s it. Nothing magic.

I chose St. John’s when I left engineering (after completing the core curriculum for that, though) because it was different from everything I’d ever done.
